Suicide Prevention Hot Line

Whether you are facing mental health struggles, emotional distress, alcohol or drug use concerns, or just need someone to talk to, caring counselors are there to help. Hot line operates 24/7.

Poison Control Hot Line

California’s fast, free, and confidential telehealth provider for poison information, advice, and treatment recommendations. The hot line is open 24/7.

Rape Crisis Hot Line

Community Violence Solutions

Staff and trained volunteers are on call 24/ 7 to provide support both by phone and in person to help navigate the steps to take if you have been raped.

Domestic Abuse Hotline

Center for Domestic Peace

The Center for Domestic Peace has both English and Spanish hotlines which provide immediate support and safety planning for those in danger or at risk, as well as information and referrals. The bilingual hotline is one of the few in the Bay Area that provides 24-hour intake to help those in danger.

The Trevor Lifeline for LGBTQ+ youth

The Trevor Project

Trained counselors understand the challenges of LGBTQ+ young people face and are available for support 24/7.

Mental Health and Addiction Services

Buckelew Programs

Provider of comprehensive mental health and addiction services for those who would not otherwise have access. Main areas of impact include counseling, recovery, service navigation, suicide prevention, and supported housing.

Marin Behavioral Health and Recovery Services

Provider of a range of substance use treatment and recovery services for Marin County Medi-Cal beneficiaries and low-income uninsured community members.

Mental Health Support for Seniors

Friendship Line

Friendship Line California is a free crisis intervention hotline and a warm line for non-emergency support and conversations for seniors experiencing loneliness and mental health issues.

Teen Crisis Hot Line

Huckelberry Youth Programs

Huckelberry works with young people with services that promote safety in times of crisis, physical and emotional health and well-being, social justice in communities facing inequity, and educational success. Their teen hotline is open for youth and families 24/7.

Alcoholics Anonymous

Alcoholics Anonymous Marin

If you have a problem with alcohol, AA can help. AA’s program of recovery is built on one proven foundation—one alcoholic helping another alcoholic. Their hot line is available 24/7.

Health and Social Services Referral Service

211 connects callers with local community services such as food, shelter, counseling, employment assistance, child care, senior services, and more. 211 phone and text services are available 24/7.
